A year of growth, fun, learning and a whole lot of good surprises. So, 2025 turned out to be a pretty huge year for us at Lucidica. When we sat down and listed everything that happened, it actually felt a bit unreal. It was one of those years that had a bit of everything. Awards. New partnerships. Creative ideas. Serious cybersecurity work. AI planning. Team trips. Charity projects. And a lot of coffee along the way.
Here is a look at 2025’s highlights…
Cybersecurity and Compliance
One of the biggest achievements we reached this year was becoming a Cyber Essentials Certification Body. This is a big deal for us because it means we can directly assess our clients’ Cyber Essentials eligibility instead of sending them elsewhere with our very own in-house assessor. That gives us a stronger role in helping businesses stay secure and compliant, and we are really proud of this step.

Alongside our partnership with IASME, we also supported the IASME Cyber Essentials Sales Training delivered by Stuart Allen. Contributing to the wider cybersecurity community is something we take seriously, and this was a meaningful way to support skill-building in the industry.
Awards and Industry Recognition
Another exciting moment was being awarded Silver Winner in the Service Excellence category at the SME Awards. Service is at the heart of what we do, so it felt great to have that recognised.

Cloudtango also listed Lucidica as one of the best Managed Service Providers in the UK for 2025. This one means a lot because it reflects our consistency and our commitment to being a reliable partner for clients.
We were especially proud to be recognised by Pax8 with the Peak Performance Continuity Award for 2025. It is given to partners that demonstrate outstanding performance in cloud and continuity services, so earning it was a great reminder that our focus on quality and responsiveness is paying off.
Partnerships and Collaboration
One partnership we were really excited about in 2025 was with Workspace Group. Their buildings host a huge variety of businesses, and this collaboration means we can now help even more teams across London with dependable IT support, cybersecurity and day-to-day technical needs. It is a great fit for us and a partnership we are looking forward to growing.

We also continued to support PCA winners to help them keep their tech running smoothly as a proud member of the Professional Cricket Association.
Marketing, Creativity and Campaigns
Our new website finally went live. New design. New structure. Much clearer messaging. We wanted something that actually represents who we are in 2025, and we think this version does a much better job. It was a long project, but so worth it.
Not everything this year was serious. Our Egg Themed Cybersecurity Campaign brought a fun and unique twist to how we talk about security. It is definitely not something you see every day from an IT provider. Using egg puns to talk about cybersecurity helped us get important messages across in a memorable way.
We also completed our Month of May and Month of November internal campaigns, which helped tighten our communication and internal processes and even brought in more revenue during those months. A big focus within these campaigns was preparing our team for a shift toward more intelligent and automated service delivery. Throughout the year, we explored AI tools, agent-based workflows and new ways of working that could help us support clients faster and more proactively. This will continue to be a major area of development for us moving forward.
Team Events and Culture
One of the moments we were most grateful for this year was getting to meet some of our Kyiv team in person. It meant a lot to be together, especially considering the ongoing war and the challenges they continue to face. These meetings reminded us how strong and dedicated our people are.

With our London team in person and our Kyiv team joining online, we held our 2025 Strategy Away Day in Hastings. It was a great chance to step back from day-to-day work and think about who we want to become over the next few years. Getting out of the usual routine always helps us see the bigger picture, and these sessions keep us aligned, focused and moving in the same direction.
Another way we strengthened our connection this year was through our First Friday Poker Night events. They quickly became a team favourite and gave everyone a relaxed and fun way to unwind together.
Supporting Charities and Making Sustainable Choices
We carried on supporting various charities and community organisations throughout the year. We also set up our Honesty Box in the office, which brought in extra donations in an easy and meaningful way. And to stay true to our values, we put more emphasis on choosing sustainable suppliers, a commitment we’ll keep building on.
Wrapping Up the Year
So that is our 2025 in a nutshell. A mix of achievements, innovation, teamwork, and community. It feels like we built strong foundations for the future while still keeping our personality and sense of fun. We are excited about the direction we are moving in and even more excited about what 2026 will bring.
