Since joining in February 2019, I’ve had the chance to dive into nearly every department at Lucidica, gaining a broad skill set that ranges from client relationships and sales to project management and overseeing our ever-busy service desk. Above all, I’m passionate about people management—going the extra mile to ensure our team is supported and our clients get the best service possible! Outside of work, you’ll find me either cycling around or enthusiastically chatting about Star Wars—consider yourself warned if you bring it up!

I have been with Lucidica since July 2019. After dedicating over five years to the Finance and Operations side of the business, I now manage our fantastic engineering team and ensure outstanding client service in both our Service Desk and Projects departments. In my free time, I enjoy dancing, travelling, cooking, and embarking on adventurous road trips!

I also manage the Ukraine branch of the business and our sister company, Meeko Teams. Outside of work hours, I enjoy spending time going to spin classes, doing Pilates, and playing Soduku!

I’m the Marketing Associate at Lucidica, handling all digital and traditional marketing activities. My main goal is to showcase how Lucidica’s IT services and products can optimise your business operations. Beyond this, I also highlight our company culture, mission, and vision through various marketing efforts. This makes my role at Lucidica diverse and dynamic, as I bring together different aspects of our work to connect with our clients effectively.

I’m a Senior Account Manager who believes building strong client relationships doesn’t have to be all suits and numbers. With years of experience turning complex needs into simple solutions, I focus on keeping projects moving, conversations clear, and clients happy. When I’m not juggling accounts, I love to watch a great movie, play videogames, go for a run or just going for a stroll around London:)

With a technical background and a keen eye for detail, I handle everything from data analysis to guiding clients in choosing the right equipment. As a former Service Delivery Coordinator, I know the ropes of supporting engineers and managing contracts. Wherever I’m needed, I’m here to help!

Worked in IT for over 5 years now and enjoying all that comes with it. Mix alot of engineering, consultation, and MCS division management so no day is ever the same! Hobbies include football, music, films, food!

Responsible for the efficient organization and smooth operation of the company’s Kyiv office. Coordinates administrative processes, maintains a comfortable and productive work environment for the team, organizes office services and internal events. Ensures a high level of operational support and takes care of the daily processes that keep the Kyiv office running as a well-coordinated system.

As an Accounting and Operations Assistant, I am excited to be part of our dynamic team. Although I am new to the company, but already feel a strong sense of belonging and enjoy collaborating with my colleagues. My passion for yoga and meditations help me maintain a balanced and focused mindset, while my love for traveling and exploring new places allows me to embrace diverse cultures and experiences. I am always eager to learn and grow, both in my professional role and in my personal life.

I’ve been at Lucidica for 15+ years. I started as an apprentice engineer and now developing and maintaining Lucidica’s and Client’s SharePoint CRMs and ERPs. Projects are also my bag and helping with Strategic Meetings to make sure clients are getting the most efficency and security from their IT. Best thing about the job? The relationships with colleauges and clients made along the way and the warm fuzzy feeling I get when I build a system for a client and see them using it and working more efficently than before! I’ve been here since 2018 and am still enjoying it. IT has been my job and my passion since 1999 and before Lucidica I covered a wide range of technical roles in famous global IT firms as well as less-known MSPs and ISPs. I have a strong engineering ethic and I love to help companies improve their systems in a way that provides real value to the users. For complex jobs or if you need an engineer onsite, I’ll be your person! In my spare time, I enjoy live music, films, pubs, hiking, and exploring new places. I also own a laser engraver and sometimes I enjoy customising objects.

Managed Network

I work closely with both clients and engineers to keep our Service Desk running smoothly. A big part of my role is making sure work is prioritised, escalations are handled properly, and communication stays clear when things become more complex.
I care a lot about how clients experience support, especially when issues aren’t straightforward. When problems grow or change direction, I help bring structure and follow‑through to the process — making sure progress is visible, expectations are clear, nothing gets lost along the way and ensuring clients feel supported, informed, and in good hands throughout.

I started at the company four and a half years ago as a part-time intern, eager to learn and change my working path. After a couple of months, I moved into a full-time engineering role, where I really started to grow. Now, I’m leading the security division, making sure our systems stay safe and secure. It’s been an amazing journey so far, but I’m just getting started—there’s still a lot more I want to accomplish!

I’ve been with Lucidica as an IT Engineer since 2020, where I’ve gained a wealth of knowledge working with supportive colleagues and fantastic clients. Recently promoted to Project Leader, I’m now responsible for overseeing projects to ensure we deliver on our promises and exceed client expectations. I’m committed to applying everything I’ve learnt here to make each project a success and enhance our client relationships.

Microsoft Defender for Cloud

Self-proclaimed Lucidica personality hire, more specifically an IT engineer well into my third year at the company and going strong. My main focus is keeping your backups up-to-date and running smoothly, but I’m a dab hand at turning them off and on again, and even a few more technical jobs here and there. Otherwise, outside of the office, you’ll find me listening to music (or playing guitar really badly), watching UFC (or sparring really badly), or cooking (quite badly).

I joined Lucidica on November , 2021, and since then I’ve been supporting businesses across onsite, office-based, and remote environments, helping keep their systems secure, reliable, and running smoothly. I genuinely enjoy working with people, solving problems, and making technology less stressful and more useful for users day to day.
My experience covers Microsoft 365 administration, infrastructure and network support, endpoint security, and structured incident resolution. I also work as a Cyber Essentials Assessor (Basic), supporting organisations through certification processes and helping improve their security posture in practical and achievable ways.
I take a calm, methodical, and solutions-focused approach to my work, especially during high-pressure situations. Whether it’s a small day-to-day issue or a larger technical challenge, I always try to make sure users feel supported, informed, and confident throughout the process. I enjoy improving systems, strengthening security, and finding solutions that genuinely help businesses operate better.
I’ve always enjoyed helping people, and that’s one of the reasons I enjoy working in IT support so much.
Outside of work, I enjoy travelling, exploring new places, music, films, and I’m also a massive Marvel and DC fan.

I worked in digital media before switching to IT in 2021. The great thing about Lucidica is that you get the chance to gain experience in many different aspects of IT — from support, to server admin, to cloud and security — and this has helped me discover areas of IT which I would like to explore in more depth.

Unmanaged Remote Connection

As a 1st and 2nd Line Engineer at Lucidica—also known as “The Detective”—I handle a wide range of requests, from simple password resets to complex network infrastructure issues. I have a knack for investigating all types of technical problems, tracking down the right information (even when it seems like it doesn’t exist!). Logic and deduction are essential tools in my toolkit, and rationality is my go-to approach.

I’m an engineer at Lucidica, handling everything from device troubleshooting to Office 365, Azure setups, networking, and printer support. I also take on larger projects like migrations and system optimizations.
