The keyboard mapping issue where @ switches places with is a common issue for many UK users. It’s caused by the language input being set to English (US) instead of English (UK)

Here’s how to fix it on Windows:

1. Open Control Panel

2. Go to Clock, Language and Region

3. Select Language
