Red X error when opening Office365 attachments in Chrome

We’ve had a few problems when trying to open Office365 attachments via Chrome. This happens when you try to open any attachment in Chrome it shows with a red X.

To solve this issue you need to:

Go into the Chromes settings

> Advanced Settings

> Content Settings

> Scroll down to the ‘Pop-ups’ section and then click, ‘Manage Exceptions’

Then add https://outlook.office365.com/owa to the exceptions and confirm.

After this reload OWA (Outlook Web App) and they will now be able to open / preview / download attachments again.
