When was Lucidica created?
Lucidica Ltd. was founded in 2005, however we have clients dating all the way back to 1999, when our founder assisted them as a solo trader. This equates to over 20 years of service.
Who are Lucidica's business partners?
We work closely with selected partners. Microsoft, Pax8, Acronis, CloudBerry, Google, Ingram, Passwordboss, 20i, and Webroot are our biggest partners. On top of that, we work with other suppliers when providing IT support services.

Are your employees qualified?
Yes, all of our staff members are appopriately qualified for their roles. We have various team members, from engineers, web developers to office managers. All of our team members are highly trained and knowledgeable in IT support and solutions.
What company size do you support?

What are your service hours?
Our office is open from 8:30 AM to 6 PM, Monday through Friday. For OoH, we do have an on-call engineer 24/7 for remote support & on-site visit. Whenever you need a hand, we're happy to help.

We can provide on-site scheduled visits if that's something you would like to have.
Can you order equipment and software for us?
Yes. Most of our customers order equipment and licensing software through our services. Everything will be done for you by our friendly team.
